A Word on Winter
No Edmonton neighbourhood guide is complete without the weather. From November through March, expect snow, ice, and stretches well below -20°C. Cold makes everything slower and riskier — walkways need salting, floors need protecting from slush, and fragile items don't love the temperature swings.
If your dates are flexible, an off-season or mid-month move is usually cheaper and easier to book than a summer month-end.
